Refund policy
At Stone Symphony, we want you to absolutely love your new jewelry! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ve made returns and refunds as easy—and as fair—as possible.
1. Easy 14-Day Returns
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
- Condition: Please make sure your piece is unworn, with all original tags and packaging, and that you have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@stone-symphony.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a pre-paid return label for a $10 shipping fee.
- Drop off your package at any Canada Post location.
Heads up: Packages returned without first requesting a return won’t be accepted, so be sure to follow these steps!
3. Damages & Issues
- Inspect on arrival. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@stone-symphony.com.
- We’ll assess the issue and make it right—whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
4. Exchanges Made Simple
Want a different size or style? The quickest way is to:
- Return your original piece following the steps above.
- Once we’ve confirmed your return, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
5. Refunds You Can Count On
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
- If more than 5 business days have passed since your return was approved, drop us another line at info@stone-symphony.com and we’ll sort it out.
