Thank you for visiting the Stone Symphony online store. We hope you’ve found something you love!
Order Processing
If you place an online order, you’ll receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipment. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within 48 hours and issue a refund for that item.
We usually process orders Monday–Friday and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or statutory holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM PST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Timelines are estimates; delays can occur during sale periods or Canadian holidays.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Shipping Rates
- Canada Post Expedited on orders over $100 (delivery 3-9 days): FREE
- Canada Post Expedited on orders under $100 (delivery 3-9 days): calculated at checkout
- Canada Post Xpresspost (delivery 1-2 days): calculated at checkout
Estimated Delivery Times
- Vancouver: 1–3 business days
- Rest of BC: 1–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 2–7 business days
Rural & P.O. Box Deliveries
Remote/rural addresses and P.O. Boxes may incur extra delivery days or surcharges under Canada Post’s zone system. Note that Xpresspost cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery & Liability
Delivery dates are estimates only and exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseeable carrier delays. We’re not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or force-majeure events.
Stone Symphony is not responsible for any damage that occurs as a result of the shipping process. In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately through our email and please note that your item was damaged when you received your order.
Packages ship without signature by default. You may add signature confirmation at checkout (small fee) to reduce loss/theft risk. If your package doesn’t arrive, contact Canada Post with your tracking number or email info@stone-symphony.com.
Shipping Insurance
Basic insurance for loss or damage in transit is included.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, we will notify you; re-shipment fees and any additional shipping charges apply. If Canada Post deems a package undeliverable, you may opt for a refund (minus original shipping) or pay to re-ship.
International Shipping (Coming Soon)
Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping via Canada Post launches Q4 2025. International buyers will be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees. To join our waitlist, email info@stone-symphony.com.

- Where’s my tracking info? Check the shipping confirmation email we sent.
- My package is marked delivered but I haven’t received it. Contact Canada Post first; if unresolved, let us know.
- Can I pick up locally? Local pickup in Vancouver is not yet available.
Canadian Payment, Taxes & Duties
We accept most payment methods, including but not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Interac, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All charges are in CAD.
Shipments within Canada are subject to appropriate taxes on top of price.
